UKG customers are provided with complementary training on company software during the launch and post-launch phases of implementing UKG’s software products in their organizations. Due to the complexity of the software systems, a blend of instructor-led training, self-paced training, and performance support, such as job aids and user guides, are provided across the suite of UKG products.
